On Task Concierge Terms and Conditions
Hours of Operation
Work hours are Monday-Friday 8:30 am – 6 pm and Saturday 9:00 am-1:00 pm
Services provided after business hours may be available by appointment for an additional charge.
All Major Credit Cards, cash and checks.
*Payment of services is due and payable upon receipt
The hourly fee reflects only the service rendered. Any other charges required, such as miscellaneous expenses, groceries, purchases made on behalf on the client, etc. will billed directly to the client. Credit card numbers will be held as security.
When shopping or purchasing supplies on behalf of our client we can provide serves in the following manner:
- On the client’s credit card- the client provides us with their credit card.
- With a pre-paid card ( insufficient funds on prepaid cards will be billed directly to the client.
- On our company credit card ( and then billed to the client).
- Cash or check after receipt is provided to the client.
On Task Concierge reserves the right to change prices without notice
On Task Concierge maintains General and Professional Liability insurance
We will reply to your request within 24 hours during business hours.
Minimum service is one hour.
Advance notice of 24 hours is required for cancellations. If cancellations are received less than 24 hours from scheduled time, a set a fee of $35.00 will be charged to the client.
Last minute requests of services will be charged an additional 50% above the hourly rate.
Requests made on Holidays ( Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Years Day and New Years Day) will be accepted on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional fees.
On Task Concierge reserves the right to terminate the agreement or cease the service period if we find just cause. This may include, but not limited to health and safety, misstatements of services or illegal or unethical requests of service.
Payment of services is due upon receipt.
